Venue conditions, weather, or environmental factors outside our control;
Interruptions to events due to force majeure, technical failures, or public safety requirements.

3. Sponsor Disclaimer

Events may feature third-party sponsors, advertisers, or promotional partners. Their involvement does not constitute an endorsement of any product, service, or representation made by those parties. Sponsors are independent contractors and are solely responsible for their own promotional activities, giveaways, and claims. We accept no responsibility for sponsor conduct, representations, or fulfilment of sponsor offers.

This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising hereunder shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario.
