Due to the nature of our products: time-limited event tickets and pre-order merchandise with event-bound pickup, our refund and return eligibility is limited. Please review this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. General Policy: All Sales Final

All ticket and merchandise sales are considered FINAL upon completion of checkout. We do not offer discretionary refunds, exchanges, or cancellations initiated by the customer.

This policy exists because event capacity is finite, merchandise is produced based on pre-order quantities, and reservations made on your behalf incur costs regardless of attendance.

2. Event Ticket Refunds

2.1 No Refunds for Change of Plans

Refunds will not be issued due to personal schedule conflicts, illness, transportation issues, or any other reason within your control. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance or cancellation protection independently if required.

2.2 Event Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that we cancel an event entirely and do not reschedule:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 15 business days.
  • We are not responsible for any ancillary costs you may have incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.).

2.3 Event Postponement / Rescheduling

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. Refunds are not automatically issued for rescheduled events. At our discretion, we may offer a limited refund window: this will be communicated by email if applicable.

2.4 Partial Events

No refunds will be issued if an event is shortened, modified, or if certain performers or elements are changed, provided the event substantially takes place.

3. Pre-Order Merchandise

3.1 Non-Collection

Failure to collect your pre-order at the designated event pickup does not entitle you to a refund. Merchandise will not be shipped. Uncollected items may be forfeited after the event date.

3.2 Item Unavailability

If your pre-ordered item becomes unavailable due to production issues or circumstances beyond our control, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.

3.3 Wrong or Damaged Item

If you receive an item that is materially incorrect (wrong product) or arrives with a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 24 hours of pickup at the event. We will assess the issue and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or credit. Photo evidence may be required.

3.4 Sizing / Colour

We do not accept returns or exchanges based on personal preference, including size selection errors or colour dissatisfaction. Please review product descriptions carefully before ordering.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback with all available documentation and to restrict your access to future purchases. Fraudulent chargebacks will be referred to appropriate authorities.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund where eligible under this policy:

  • Email us at [info@glizzlemania.lol] with your order number, the item(s) in question, and a clear description of the issue.
  • We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternate payment methods.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear in your account after approval.
